Pedagogical intervention through a didactic game: reinforcement of basic mathematical operations: addition, subtraction, division and multiplication

During the supervised internships carried out by students of undergraduate courses, future teachers follow classes taught by professors in the field and related to elementary and high school in the public and/or private education network. During the performance of the supervised internship I with students of elementary school II at CAIC school in Iguatu / CE, it was identified that the students had great difficulties in understanding the mathematical content applied by the teachers, most of which were related to the basic operations of mathematics. In view of this, the initiative of a project arose that aimed to make a ‘preparatory review’ with students of the initial grade of elementary school II, 6th grade, with the objective of diagnosing and trying to alleviate the difficulties faced by the students. Based on the observatory analysis of the development of the activity, the present work was constructed.
