Pedagogical intervention through a didactic game: reinforcement of basic mathematical operations: addition, subtraction, division and multiplication

Abstract

During the supervised internships carried out by students of undergraduate courses, future teachers follow classes taught by professors in the field and related to elementary and high school in the public and/or private education network. During the performance of the supervised internship I with students of elementary school II at CAIC school in Iguatu / CE, it was identified that the students had great difficulties in understanding the mathematical content applied by the teachers, most of which were related to the basic operations of mathematics. In view of this, the initiative of a project arose that aimed to make a ‘preparatory review’ with students of the initial grade of elementary school II, 6th grade, with the objective of diagnosing and trying to alleviate the difficulties faced by the students. Based on the observatory analysis of the development of the activity, the present work was constructed.

Possui graduação em Licenciatura em Química pelo Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Ceará (2018). Mestrado em Química em andamento pela Universidade Federal do Sul e Sudeste do Pará - UNIFESSPA, com área de concentração em Físico-Química/Inorgânica. Tem experiência docente atuando como monitora bolsista em projeto de inclusão da prefeitura municipal de Iguatu -CE. Também possui experiência docente atuando como bolsista no Programa Institucional de Iniciação a Docência - PIBID.

Licenciado em Química pelo Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Ceará - IFCE. Aperfeiçoado em Educação Ambiental pela Faculdade Metropolitana de São Paulo - FAMESP. Pós Graduação em Ensino de Química pela Universidade Cândido Mendes/Instituto Prominas. Mestrado Acadêmico em Química em Andamento pela Universidade Federal do Sul e Sudeste do Pará - UNIFESSPA, tendo como área de concentração Fisico-Química/Inorgânica. Atualmente é professor de Química no Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Pará - IFPA. Foi professor efetivo de Química do Estado do Maranhão entre 2016 e 2017, atuando no Ensino Médio. Desenvolve pesquisa na área de ciências naturais, sendo membro do grupo de pesquisa 'Interdisciplinar em Biologia e Ensino de Ciências' (IFPA) e do grupo de pesquisa 'Simulação e modelagem em materiais' (Unifesspa).

Licenciada em Ciências Biológicas pela Universidade Estadual do Ceará - UECE. Foi bolsista de iniciação a docência no Programa Institucional de Bolsas de Iniciação à Docência (PIBID) - CAPES. Atuou como docente nas escolas: EEM Filgueiras Lima, EEF Francisco das Graças Alves Berto, EEF Elze Lima Verde e EEM Francisco Assis Vieira.
