Food is of great importance for the development of thes Organisms and Gene Expressiveness is entirely linked to nutritional factors. Depending on the food, the animals can develop characteristics, behaviors and metabolic functions not peculiar to the species, causing a process of speciation over successive generations. Today's primates have been highlighted due to the change in the feeding pattern since the species that inhabit urban environments have developed new skills and behavioral patterns differentiated from the natural populations.
